From Bali to Hawaii to Costa Rica and back, we’re brining our yoga & surf experiences to share with you for a weekend of movement and mindfulness.

Friday: Day One

Arrival, Sunset & Intention

Your retreat begins in the peaceful beach town where guests arrive between 4:00 and 6:00 PM to settle in and ease into the weekend. After a warm welcome and a shared group dinner, we walk to the shoreline for sunset solar gazing, a grounding practice that invites presence and connection with the natural beauty of the coast.

As twilight settles, we gather for our Intention Setting + “Hopes & Hearts” Circle, creating space for reflection, community, and the energy we want to carry into the days ahead.

Saturday: Day Two

Yoga, Surfing & Ocean Flow

We begin the morning with an energizing Vinyasa yoga practice, preparing the body and mind for a day in the water. After breakfast, certified instructors lead surf lessons and open surf.

The afternoon offers time to rest, journal, or join optional mini‑workshops focused on breathwork, stretching, or ocean mindfulness. A restorative yoga session helps unwind the body before we gather again for dinner and a relaxed sunset beach hang.

Sunday: Day Three

SUP Yoga, Surf & Closing Reflections

Sunday opens with our signature Stand‑Up Paddleboard Yoga session from 8:00–9:30 AM, held on bay waters — the perfect setting for balance, breath, and quiet connection with nature. After breakfast, guests can enjoy another surf session or free ocean time.

The afternoon provides space for integration — rest, journaling, or gentle stretching — before we come together for a heartfelt Closing Reflection Circle, honoring the growth, connection, and community built throughout the weekend.
